SHIPMENTS
We offer free .shipping for orders within the UAE, while international shipments are subject to standard delivery charges. Delivery times depend on the shipping address. For international shipments, ALALYAH E-TRADE is not responsible for any delays caused by Customs.
IMPORT TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
Prices listed on ELEVIOFFICIAL.COM do not include local sales taxes or VAT. If your order value exceeds the duty-free limit in your country, additional import taxes or customs duties may apply upon delivery.
ALALYAH E-TRADE does not cover these fees. Please consult your local Customs Office for more details.

PAYMENT PLANS WITH TABBY
At Elevi, we offer flexible payment options through our partner Tabby to make your shopping experience easier and more convenient.
All product prices displayed on our website are final and inclusive, whether paid upfront or through installments.
When using Tabby to split your payments over 4 months, there is no extra charge to you as a customer. The price remains exactly as listed.
If you choose to pay over 6, 8, or 12 months, Tabby may apply a small service fee, which is clearly shown at checkout. This fee goes directly to Tabby and not to Elevi.
Elevi does not receive any portion of this fee and does not increase the product price based on your payment plan.
Your installment agreement is directly between you and Tabby. Elevi has no role in setting or collecting any additional fees.
All jewelry pieces sold on our website are crafted, wearable designs intended for adornment and not investment-grade bullion or raw gold.
