REFUND AND EXCHANGE
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their
original condition with packaging.
Our Non-Refund Policy allows for a credit note in the case of a return, which will expire after 12 months.
Please note that all pre-order items and custom-made orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. For further inquiries, please reach out to our customer care team at info@eleviofficial.com.
SHIPMENTS
We offer free shipping for orders within the UAE, while international shipments are subject to standard delivery charges. Delivery times depend on the shipping address. For international shipments, ELEVI FINE JEWELRY is not responsible for any delays caused by Customs.
IMPORT TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
Prices listed on ELEVIOFFICIAL.COM do not include local sales taxes or VAT. If your order value exceeds the duty-free limit in your country, additional import taxes or customs duties may apply upon delivery.
ELEVI FINE JEWELRY does not cover these fees. Please consult your local Customs Office for more details.

PASSING OF PROPERTY AND RISK
ELEVIOFFICIAL.COM retains legal ownership of the product(s) until full payment is received. If payment is refunded, legal ownership of the product(s) will revert to ELEVIOFFICIAL.COM. Risk of the product(s) is transferred to you upon delivery.
