JEWELRY CARE TIPS

To maintain the quality of your jewelry, we recommend sending it back to us for care whenever you notice a loss of shine or any signs of surface deterioration.

This is particularly important for pieces with moving elements (like diamonds, gold letters, etc.) that are fitted between two sapphire crystals. Avoid contact with alcohol-based products (such as perfumes and creams) and refrain from immersing them in fresh or saltwater, as these pieces are not guaranteed to be water-resistant.

For pearl jewelry, we suggest cleaning it with a soft cloth and restringing it regularly. Avoid using soap, detergents, or exposing pearls to cosmetic products, perfumes, or hairspray. Pearls should also be kept away from ultrasonic cleaning devices and direct sun or heat sources, as these can dry out and cause the mother-of-pearl to crack. To keep your pearls in the best condition, store them separately from other jewelry.


WARRANTY AND REPAIR  

Claim your product warranty by registering your product details at this link upon purchase. Make sure to have your serial number ready to complete this process. You will find the serial number engraved directly on the piece and also printed on the receipt beneath the product description.

If your jewelry has a factory defect, we offer free repairs for an unlimited time from the date of purchase. However, if the damage is caused by the user, a small fee will be charged based on the damaged part.
